Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and scope

Central Keramik (“Central Keramik”, “we”, “us”) provides an offline-first Android business application and an optional read-only owner dashboard for building-material retail operations in Indonesia. This policy applies to both products. Contact us at ckeramik11@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

• Google account and access data: name, email address, profile image, Firebase user ID, authentication state, and store membership needed to sign you in and authorize store-scoped access.
• Business data: store details, products, inventory, invoices, quotations, purchases, customers, suppliers, payments, debts, expenses, deliveries, daily closings, staff, reports, and audit records entered by authorized users.
• Files: PDFs, receipts, statements, product or expense photos, reports, exports, backups, and metadata such as filename, type, size, checksum, synchronization state, and Drive file ID.
• Technical data: app version, device/platform details, timestamps, synchronization and backup status, diagnostics, and crash information used to maintain security and reliability.
• Device permissions: camera, files/photos, network, printer, scanner, or nearby-device access only when required by a feature you choose to use and supported by the device.

3. How we use information

We use information only to:

• operate sales, inventory, purchasing, customer, supplier, payment, reporting, document, and recovery features;
• authenticate users and enforce owner, viewer, and staff permissions;
• synchronize the tablet’s store-scoped read model with the owner dashboard;
• create, upload, verify, download, preview, share, back up, and restore files at your request;
• diagnose failures, secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Google user data and Limited Use

Google Sign-In is used for identity and authorization. When Google Drive is connected, Central Keramik requests access to files created by or explicitly opened with the app so it can provide visible backup, restore, document synchronization, download, and preview features. The app does not search unrelated personal Drive content.

Central Keramik’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, use it to assess creditworthiness, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Humans do not read Google user data except with the user’s specific consent for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.

5. Where information is stored

• Android tablet: SQLite and local app storage hold the authoritative operational database and local artifacts.
• Google Firebase: Firebase Authentication verifies identity; Cloud Firestore holds store-scoped asynchronous read/recovery data; Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash diagnostics.
• Google Drive: optional private backups and synchronized business files are stored in the Google account selected by the owner.
• Dashboard hosting: the web dashboard is delivered through Netlify, which may process basic network, security, and request-log information when the site is accessed.

Cloud copies may lag behind the tablet. Google and Netlify process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside Indonesia where these providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Sharing

We disclose information only:

• to Google/Firebase, Google Drive, Netlify, and necessary service providers for the functions described above;
• to owners, viewers, or staff authorized for the relevant store;
• when you direct us to share or export a document; or
• when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance with law.

We do not sell personal information or business data.

7. Retention, deletion, and account disconnection

Business records remain on the tablet until an authorized owner deletes them, resets the installation, or retention requirements permit removal. Firestore copies and Google Drive files remain until deleted through the app, the connected account, or an approved deletion request. Uninstalling the Android app does not automatically delete files already stored in Google Drive.

You can disconnect Google Drive in app settings and revoke Central Keramik’s access from your Google Account’s third-party connections. You may also clear local app data through Android settings. Before deletion, export and verify any records you are legally required to retain. To request access, correction, export, store/account deletion, or help locating cloud data, email ckeramik11@gmail.com. We may retain limited information where required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes.

8. Security

We use store-scoped authorization, private Drive permissions, authenticated connections, integrity checks for supported files and backups, and operational safeguards designed to prevent accidental loss or unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure. Owners must protect their Google account, owner PIN, tablet unlock credentials, and physical device, and should review backup and synchronization status regularly.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal data. Store owners control the business records entered by their staff and should handle requests from customers, suppliers, and employees whose information they enter. You may choose not to connect Google Drive; core offline tablet operation remains available, but cloud backup, restore, and dashboard functions may be unavailable.

10. Children

Central Keramik is a business operations service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes to Google user data practices will be disclosed before the new use begins where required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to ckeramik11@gmail.com.
